Upright Rows + Reverse Curls
When preforming upright rows make sure to keep the same position throughout. Grip weight outside shoulder width, allow weight to come all the way down until shoulders are stretching. Once arms are straight drive weight upwards transferring weight throughout deltoids.
When preforming reverse curls, keep elbows by your sides and lock in place. Only forearm should move. Bring weight up until bicep fully contract. Then slowly lower weight until arms are completely straight.
