Finally the water has receded enough for us to access our gardens. Winter took its toll, but we are excited for another season in the garden.
Our hugelkulture garden is coming along beautifully. I emptied most of last years tomato pails on top the the hugel garden and it will be ready for plants soon.
Last year, we did a lot of container gardening. It helped us to have a large garden quickly, as most of our in ground gardens were still fallow. Now they are ready and we can abandon a lot of buckets.
The green house is ready for new plastic and our seedlings cant wait for me to finish this. We are anxious to begin.
