This is a great way to preform the classic tricep exercise. Normally you must focus on keeping your elbows locked in place but with the arm blaster this is done for you. Lean slightly forward while keeping your chest high and back stabile. Make sure to come all the up on this movement really stretching the triceps. Once stretched powerfully contract and squeeze and most intense engagement.
